Give Me Poetry
Sing me sonnets sparking fire
Light me limericks of desire
Rouse me with a rondel
Write a rapture and you’ll capture me
Offer an ode or maybe an odyssey
Elect to write an elegy
Visit with a villanelle
Sling me a sestina
And above all give me poetry!
